What locations do you serve?
I offer sessions in the comfort of your home or virtually through your preferred platform (FaceTime, Zoom, or Whereby). I also provide in-person color analysis services at select salons within East-Central Illinois and Western Indiana for your convenience. My salon service area will continue to grow as I expand my reach. You can view a map of the current service region on my CONTACT page. And thanks to virtual sessions, I am able to support clients across Illinois, and throughout the United States.
How long does A typical consultation last?
Services can be as quick as a one hour Color Consultation, or an extended experience that take place over one or two 2 days. When a Style Assessment is part of your package, I spend 2-4 hours preparing for your session. That includes reviewing photos, exchanging notes, and sourcing pieces ahead of your in-person or virtual appointment so we can make the most of our time together.
All in-person services begin with a free virtual consultation where we review your goals and outline the process. If you're scheduling a salon color analysis, we can meet directly in person, no virtual consult needed. The CLEAN SLATE package can be completed over two consecutive days or scheduled as separate appointments to fit your needs.
How does payment work?
Once we complete your free virtual consultation (about 20 minutes), I'll send a brief summary of what we discussed along with your custom package recommendation, and a secure payment link for when you decided to move forward. Virtual sessions are paid in full at the time of booking. For in-home visits, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your appointment, with the balance due on completion of the session.
Payments are processed securely through PayPal, which accepts, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or direct payments from your bank account. You can also use other payment methods like Venmo, Apple Pay, and more through PayPal for checkout.
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes! Gift Certificates make thoughtful gifts for birthdays, holidays, employee appreciation or just because, and are perfect for friends, family or colleagues. You can purchase a specific package or choose a set dollar amount. Gift Certificates can be delivered electronically or mailed, and sent to you or the recipient. They are non-refundable, but fully transferrable. If someone can't use it, they can pass the gift to someone else.
