What locations do you serve?

Services are available throughout East-Central Illinois & Western Indiana, through select salons, boutique pop-ups and small group appointments.

How long does A typical consultation last?

Services range from a one-hour Color Analysis to more in-depth styling experience completed over one or two days.

When a Style Assessment or wardrobe service is included, several hours of preparation take place behind the scenes before your appointment. This may include reviewing photos, discussing goals, creating style direction, and preparing recommendations so we can make the most of our time together.

Most services begin with a complimentary consultation to discuss your goals & determine the best option. Salon color analysis appointments may be booked directly.

How does payment work?

After your complimentary consultation, you'll receive a personalized service recommendation along with a secure payment link if you decide to book.

Private Color Analysis appointments require a $50 deposit per person to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due at the completion of the session. Additional services may require different deposit amounts depending on the scope of the appointment.

Payments are processed securely through PayPal, which accepts, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or bank transfer options. You can also use other payment methods like Venmo, Apple Pay, and more through PayPal for checkout.

Do you offer Gift Certificates?

Yes! Gift Certificates make thoughtful gifts for birthdays, holidays, employee appreciation, graduations or anyone entering a new season in life. Gift Certificates are available in custom dollar amounts, and can be delivered electronically or mailed. They are non-refundable, but fully transferrable.

A travel supplement may apply for locations outside my primary service area. If you are unsure whether this applies, just reach out and I will be happy to check for you.

Do you offer refunds?

I want you to feel fully confident in the services you choose. Before booking, we'll talk through your goals, what's included, and what to expect so everything is clear.

Because of the time and preparation that goes into each session, refunds aren't offered once a booking is confirmed. However, if something comes up I will be happy to adjust timing or format for your convenience whenever possible.
