Where Do You Conduct Your Services?
For our local market areas, I can provide color analysis, image consulting, and wardrobe organization services in the convenience of your own home, or virtually via your preferred platform (FaceTime, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.). I also provide color analysis services at select beauty and hair salons at various locations within the East-Central Illinois and Western Indiana areas. For clients outside of our immediate market areas, I am also available virtually for any one needing services across the United States.
How Long Does A Typical Consultation Last?
Our standard color consultation takes approximately one hour. The popular Clean Slate service typically involves appointments over two days, including an initial free consultation normally done virtually to discuss the process and steps involved. The initial preparation work is then done virtually, sharing pictures and identifying your objectives and expectations as part of the style analysis that is done prior to any in-home visit for physical consultations. The in-home portion related to your clothing choices and wardrobe organization typically takes 3 to 4 hours.
After the in-home portion, I then supplement additional research that can take anywhere from 4 to 6 hours, depending on the level of goals and opportunities present, and the overall needs analysis to recommend additional clothing pieces that help maximize outfit assembly for your new look.
Beyond that, our service extends indefinitely with any future questions that you may have that may contribute to your maximum benefit for your style decisions.
How Does Payment Work?
Post an initial free virtual consultation (normally 20 minutes), you will receive an invoice electronically for your package choice. All virtual sessions are to be paid in advance. For bookings that involve an in-home visit, 50% is due at the time of booking with the balance on completion. We utilize PayPal for all merchant transactions, giving the option to utilize your bank account, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express for payment. Users can also link other payment methods like Venmo, Apple Pay, and more through PayPal for checkout.
Are In-Home Services Available Outside Your Local Area?
Under special circumstances, I am available outside of the traditional market area for in-home visits through prior arrangement, with additional fees depending on the location and travel time.
Do You Offer Gift Cards?
Yes. Our standard packages for Color Analysis, Clean Slate, and Seasonal Renewals make excellent gifts for friends, loved ones, and employees, and can be purchased anytime online by visiting here. Gift Cards can be provided electronically, mailed to the purchaser, or sent to your intended recipient directly.
